HATV Inc - Hope Always TV Inc

HATV, Inc. is raising up to $800,000 through a Post-Money SAFE to fund the launch of its first slate of original programming and support early-stage growth.

HATV is a purpose-driven media company producing sports, reality, live event and scripted content under its “Content With A Conscience” model, working in tandem with Hope Always Foundation.

Funds support pre-production and business development for Westwood Rises: Inside UCLA Football and The Board, as well as partnerships, sponsorships and distribution across the Fox Sports ecosystem (Fox, FS1, FS2, Big Ten Network, Fox Sports Digital and Fox.com).

The SAFE converts into equity in a future priced financing and allows the company to continue building IP and revenue ahead of scale.

Turning Isolation into Imagination

The Issue

The Solution

The Solution

Each year, roughly 1.5–1.7 million children are hospitalized for serious illness or injury. These 'Warriors' often spend days, weeks or even months alone in long term care.

When children are removed from friends, school and the familiar rhythms of daily life, the impact on their emotional health can be long-lasting. The longer the stay ,the longer the sense of isolation.

The Solution

The Solution

The Solution

Hope Always Foundation developed Warrior Channel, a digital platform that distributes educational and inspirational content directly to digital tablets, in-room TVs and personal devices.

We're transforming hospital rooms into spaces of comfort, distraction and emotional relief during the hardest moments of their lives, especially when parents can't be there.
